How to change the password of a registered professional caregiver?
- If a registered caregiver in the organization forgets their password to enter Mementia, you can only change their password if you are the Administrator of the organization.
- Click on the Maintenance tab in the upper toolbar and choose the PROFESSIONALS option from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the caregiver whose password you want to change and click on EDIT.
- If you click on RESET PASSWORD, the new password of that user will be the one that appears in the box; you can either use this default password or enter a new one.
