How to change the password of a registered professional caregiver?
If a registered caregiver in the organization forgets their password to enter Mementia, you can only change their password if you are the Administrator of the organization.
Click on the Maintenance tab in the upper toolbar and choose the PROFESSIONALS option from the dropdown menu.
Choose the caregiver whose password you want to change and click on EDIT.
If you click on RESET PASSWORD, the new password of that user will be the one that appears in the box; you can either use this default password or enter a new one.
